What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you call, we may note your phone number and the subject of the call to return it. In the shop we may process payment details only as needed to complete a purchase through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interests in operating a local shop, and/or steps prior to a contract). Purchase records are kept for accounting and consumer law duties under Slovenian law. Cookie preferences are stored to respect your choices (see our Cookies page).

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and any follow-up, then deleted or archived with limited access. Accounting records are retained for the periods required by Slovenian tax and commercial rules. Cookie preference flags remain in your browser until you clear storage or change your choice.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Hosting or email providers may process data as processors under contracts that require GDPR-level protection. We do not transfer enquiry data outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and ZVOP-2 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec / IP RS), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia — the supervisory authority for personal data protection in Slovenia.
