Content on this site is provided for general information about our indoor plant shop. Board prices and stock descriptions are indicative and may change without notice. Photographs illustrate typical plants and displays; individual specimens vary. Care notes are educational guidance, not a guarantee of plant performance in every home environment.

In-shop sales

Sales in the physical shop are contracts under Slovenian consumer and commercial law. Prices at the till prevail. Plants are living goods; please inspect leaves and soil before purchase. Where consumer rights of withdrawal apply to distance sales, they will be explained at the point of sale — this website does not itself complete checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form (spam, harassment, or unlawful content), attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. We may ignore or block abusive messages.

Intellectual property

Texts, layout, and original photographs on this site belong to Ruoliimbie or its licensors. You may share links to pages; you may not copy substantial content for another commercial site without written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Slovenian and EU law, Ruoliimbie is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on website content alone. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection rules in Slovenia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction for disputes arising from the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights.
